OIA and LGOIMA Response Calculator
Note: This calculates the maximum time limit within which a response must be sent to a requester by an agency (note: this time limit can be extended in certain circumstances). The date a response is received by a requester may be different depending on the method of delivery.
Requesters:
- The time limits are calculated from the first working day after the agency receives your request - not the date you sent it. If you received an acknowledgement letter, this should say what date your request was received. If you didn't receive an acknowledgement letter, you could contact the agency to check that it was received and find out when.
