Requesting information about yourself
Unless, you are a company or other incorporated body, a request for personal information about yourself is covered by the Privacy Act. Enquiries about such requests should be made to the Privacy Commissioner. Information about the Privacy Act and the Privacy Commissioner can be found on the Privacy Commissioner's website.
Enquiries about any other requests should be made to an Ombudsman.
